Alpha Phi provides outstanding assistance programs and mentorship opportunities for our graduating seniors to help you adjust to life in the "real world." By the time you graduate, you will have built a network of outstanding successful women who are there to assist you in your job search and throughout your career (whether they graduated from Pepperdine or not).

In addition to those connections you make as a collegian within your chapter, your campus and at leadership conferences, Alpha Phi's LinkedIn subgroups provide supportive professional networks that allow you to connect to successful Alpha Phi alumnae professionals in your field. Seniors and new graduates receive Alpha Phi'sTransitions Magazine, which helps prepare them for life beyond college.

New alumnae also enjoy the positive support systems provided by Alpha Phi alumnae chapters, including the Ivy Connection chapters designed especially for our young alumnae. When you move to an unfamiliar new city, these chapters provide an instant network of friends.
